Johnny Wang, MD

Orthopaedic Surgery

Johnny Wang, MD, specializes in orthopaedic trauma surgery.

Dr. Wang began his educational career at UCLA to earn his bachelor’s degree in bioengineering. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh to obtain his Doctor of Medicine. For his postdoctoral training, he returned to Los Angeles for his orthopaedic surgery residency and internship. Dr. Wang furthered his education and training by completing an orthopaedic trauma fellowship through Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

His creativity shines through music as he is classically trained in piano and self-taught in alto saxophone and drums. He is also an amateur landscape photographer and drone videographer. He frequently hikes and is an occasional backpacker.

He is fluent in Mandarin and can read Chinese text.
