Deidre Hamilton is a certified physician assistant specializing in orthopaedic care.
She began her educational career at Sacramento State earning a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. Deidre then became a medical scribe in the emergency department at Mercy San Juan Medical Center in Carmichael, California. She then became an emergency medical technician with NORCAL Ambulance. During this time, Deidre was also a senior program assistant and charge assistant in the emergency department at Mercy San Juan Medical Center.
Deidre then expanded her medical knowledge and earned her Master of Medical Science in physician assistant studies at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. She then completed clinical rotations in pediatrics, behavioral medicine, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, inpatient, ambulatory and critical care internal medicine, family medicine, plastic and reconstructive surgery, general surgery, and orthopaedic surgery.
She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
