Karen Pelayo Palmer, FNP, MSN, RN, is a certified nurse practitioner who specializes in orthopaedics.
Karen began her educational career here in the Central Valley at Fresno City College, earning an associate degree in general education and nursing. She then attended Fresno State to obtain her bachelor’s degree in nursing. After completing her bachelor’s degree, Karen matriculated to California State University, Stanislaus, and earned her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practice.
Before becoming a certified nurse practitioner, Karen was an experienced surgery registered nurse providing high-quality care to her patients.
Karen is fluent in English and Spanish.
