Hebah Ghanem, MD, is fellowship trained and board certified in infectious disease.
Dr. Ghanem began her medical education journey by earning her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Jordan University of Science and Technology. She then completed a general internship at Prince Basma Hospital. She expanded her medical knowledge by completing a dermatology residency at King Abdullah University Hospital. Upon completing her dermatology residency, Dr. Ghanem moved to New Jersey to complete an internal medicine residency with Trinitas Regional Medical Center and Rutgers Medical School. She then furthered her training by completing a fellowship in infectious diseases at UCSF Fresno.
Dr. Ghanem is passionate about caring for her diverse patient population, especially patients with HIV and general infectious diseases. As an active member of the academic medicine community, Dr. Ghanem has contributed to multiple publications on fungal infections and COVID-19.
When Dr. Ghanem is not in the office caring for patients, teaching the next generation of health care leaders, or conducting research, you can find her taking care of her family.
Dr. Ghanem is fluent in Arabic.
